Getting Started

I offer a 20 minute intro call to get to know each other, briefly discuss what you are seeking support for, and ensure I can support your unique needs. I am happy to provide a referral to to other trusted providers if I cannot meet your needs!

Individual 50 minute sessions are $100. I am an out of network provider and do not take insurance, however I can provide a superbill upon request if you would like to seek insurance reimbursement. Please note that not all insurance companies will offer reimbursement for out of network providers.
